Baby Audrey’s Ruffle Cake

This pretty cake was full of girly ruffles and subtle polka dots on gray fondant.

To make this yourself, bake 2 10-inch rounds and 3 8-inch rounds.  It took 2 batches of buttercream icing to get all the ruffles on there.

Cover the bottom with a buttercream crumb-coat and the top layer in fondant (over buttercream).

Add the ruffles with a 2M tip and smooth buttercream.   Decorate the top tier as you wish with fondant decorations.
